Water Softeners

Water Softeners is a co-current, industrial-grade ion exchange softener for moderate to low-temperature applications. Hardness can easily damage plumbing, valves and downstream equipment, foul reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, and harm boilers. The Newterra Water Softeners remove hardness (scale-forming calcium and magnesium ions) and replace them with soluble sodium ions.

Product Overview

Newterra’s ion exchange water softeners for industrial customers deliver superior water softening solutions through advanced ion exchange technology. These systems are specifically designed to eliminate hard water minerals like calcium and magnesium, which can lead to scale buildup and efficiency loss in industrial processes and equipment. By exchanging these hardness ions with sodium ions, Newterra’s softeners prevent scale formation, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of heating systems, cooling towers, and other water-intensive industrial machinery. Engineered for high-capacity and continuous operation, these softeners are ideal for industries ranging from manufacturing to power generation, offering customizable configurations to meet diverse water quality requirements. With their robust design, ease of operation, and efficient regeneration process, Newterra’s ion exchange water softeners are a cost-effective solution for industries aiming to enhance their water treatment systems and protect their critical assets.
