Administrative Assistant

newterra is looking to add a team oriented and motivated individual to join our Administrative Team.

The successful candidate will be required to perform an array of administrative duties including expediting, PO confirmation, RMA’s, filing, price checking, time card entry, manual/shop aid preparation, organize/prep for meetings and tradeshows, taking minutes during meetings and scheduling appointments. The Administrative Assistant is also accountable for drafting, reviewing and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the management team. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

Requirements:

  • Business Administration degree or diploma required
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role, considered an asset
  • Proficient use of various office based software including Microsoft Office
